About playing softball at Northwest...

• Three days of 2-a-Day Tryouts begin in the fall,
  with cuts for a team of around 24 players
  
• Two-a-Day practices take place the first week
  
• Practices continue daily after school from 3:45 to 6:30 pm
  at George Park
  
• On Wednesdays, practices end at 5:30
  
• Games are generally played as double headers most Tuesday
  and Thursday evenings with tournaments every Saturday
  
• Season begins when schools starts, and ends in early to mid-October
